![]() ![]() ![]() In hindsight the folder name "AppHookup" should have been a clue. That removed whatever Application macros were present in Revit 2015 but did not re-enable the IDE functionality. Prior to finding this thread, which surprisingly seemed to be the only mention for this problem found, I had tried removing all traces of the macros from C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Macros\2015\Revit\Ap pHookup\. This problem did not affect the Revit 2014 installation also present. In other words, SharpDevelop was perfectly enabled for Project macros but not for Application macros. I could run, edit and create those without any problems. After that I could run the Application macros I already had but I could not edit nor create any new Application macros. (A side note: if you are on subscription, some of these features were included in the R2 update and will look familiar. Some of the features we will examine in AutodeskĀ® RevitĀ® Structure 2016 include display updates, rebar and reinforcement features, and scheduling updates. SharpDevelop crashed and took down Revit while working on an Application macro. excited to unpack the newest Autodesk software release. then I opened Revit again and it recreated that folder and its contents. I deleted the C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Macros\2015\Revit\ folder. ![]()
